Jeff Conlon’s experience in management and marketing makes him an expert in many of TERRA’s essential operations. His problem-solving skills have solidified his position as an indispensable member of the TERRA team.
Soon after he joined, he proved himself an invaluable member of the TERRA team by spearheading its 3D technical drafting, planning, and logistics projects. Mr. Conlon helped pioneer TERRA’s Treatment and Recycling Division as the team’s first principle research and development player. He also developed and implemented a thorough training program for all field operators that still serves as the backbone for the division’s orientation and training program today.
As the division grew, Mr. Conlon took the reins of the treatment operations by accepting a position as its Division Project Manager. His success as a planner and problem-solver paved the path to a corporate management role in the Houston office and in January of 2018 when he was named TERRA OFS’s Resource Group Manager.
Mr. Conlon provides valuable leadership and stability for numerous teams within TERRA operations—his duties include coordinating project startups, improving equipment utilization and efficiency, as well as leading research and development efforts for various equipment processes.
Mr. Conlon is a devoted husband and father who enjoys the outdoors and woodworking in his shop.
Todd Nilson began working in construction at the age of 20, absorbing a wide variety of skills and knowledge under multiple mentors and leaders. After completing a four-year trade-school apprenticeship program through the Construction Education Foundation, Mr. Nilson quickly worked his way up the management ladder.
His leadership experience was further refined during his years spent as at Project Coordinator, Project Superintendent, and Project Manager at Jacobe Brothers Construction; then as the General Superintendent of Construction at Perry B. Hall Company; and finally as the General Manager at Tyler Concrete Services.
Mr. Nilson found a home working in the oilfield industry’s water transfer sector for WT3 Water Transfer. After leading a successful charge into the Mid-Con area for TERRA, his skills inevitably landed him the company’s Houston corporate office. There, despite several restructurings within the company, he proved his flexibility and characteristic responsibility by tirelessly spearheading the reorganization of TERRA’s Safety Department as its Environment, Health, and Safety Manager.
With his accomplishments speaking for themselves, Mr. Nilson was named Vice President of Operations and was chosen to lead TERRA’s operations into what continues to be an increasingly bright future.
Mr. Nilson is a husband of 20 years and a father of 3 children. During his free time, he volunteers at his church through ministry and music.

Stanley Peach’s oilfield service career began at Flow Process Technologies, a company that specializes in the design and application of drilling fluid mixing systems and equipment.
Mr. Peach’s merits and initiative led to his recruitment as a leader for drilling performance technologies at Baker Hughes’s Drilling Fluids. While at Baker Hughes, Stan was able to gain knowledge of many different fluids systems while working primarily offshore or in offshore support roles.
As the activity moved to the shale plays, Mr. Peach moved on to Spirit Fluids as the Gulf Coast Regional Completion-Fluids Manager. Eventually, Spirit was acquired by National-Oilwell Varco (NOV). Mr. Peach continued at NOV for a short time before deciding to co-found TERRA OFS’ predecessor company in 2010.

Mr. Patrick knows what it takes to run a successful Oil & Gas company. He has served in roles as CEO, President, and CFO over a wide variety of successful companies and other well-site operations. His involvement in several mergers and acquisitions proved his versatility, business intelligence, and industry experience.

Outside of the work he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids’ sports teams, hunting, and fishing.
